Es gibt sogar einen schönen Garten, in dem regelmäßig geimeinsane Picknicks und Grillfeste der Hausbewohner_innen stattfinden. Alle Nachbarn sind super nett und freundlich!

The rooms are fully furnished including a washing machine and one of th has a balcony as well. It’s perfect for a couple or dingle person but also possible to have a shared flat, due to 2 separates rooms with the same size.
There is even a garden suitable for bbqs and Picknicks, where all neighbors meet. It’s a super friendly atmosphere in the house!
