🛌One sleeping room with a mezanine. The bed (140x200) is upstairs on the mezanine, with space for deco and plants. *no mattress*.
Dowstairs there is a working desk for doing home office and a wardrobe, with plenty of space for clothes.

🛀Big and renovated bathroom with a bathtub. Very good Samsung washmachine.

The flat turned to the backyard. Very quiet and perfect for a nice and quiet night of sleep.

The apartment is for 1 person or couples. Not suited for WG (unless you don't mind sharing a room). Allowed max 2 people living in the flat.

Please be aware: there is a construction happening, a renovation of the facade. For now, there is a construction metal structure on the terrace, so you can't use it unfortunately.
