Centrally located but still with a residential feeling — find shopping, cafes, and bars right outside the door! Walk to public transit in under five minutes. All the major sightseeing is 30 minutes or less by public transport. Only two stops to Alexanderplatz!

I rearrange the furniture often so don't be surprised if the couch or table is in a different position than the photos. You will have full access to the 53sq meter apartment including balcony, aka my yard in the sky. The bedroom is equipped with a full-size bed with down/feather pillows.

My apartment is inspired by hotel living. The furniture is one of kind and somewhat delicate. I'm looking for someone who appreciates this and treats my furniture with care. I'm looking for a working professional who is lowkey and keeps to themselves.
