I rearrange the furniture often so don't be surprised if the couch or table is in a different position than the photos. You will have full access to the 53sq meter apartment including balcony, aka my yard in the sky. The bedroom is equipped with a full-size bed with down/feather pillows.

You're practically in Mitte!
Get almost anywhere in 30 minutes or less!
The U-bahn station is Senefelderplatz.
One subway stop to the shops and restaurants of Mitte - Two subway stops to Alexanderplatz - Walk seven minutes walk to Torstraße — some of Berlin's best food, bars and definitely shopping. - Walk five minutes to Kastaniealle — a boulevard of shops, bars and restaurants. - Mauerpark is a 15 minute walk. They have a great market on Sundays.
Walk 5 minutes to the subway (U2). Take it two stops to the middle of the city (Alexanderplatz). Walk 10 minutes to the U8. Three tram lines (M1, 12, 50) are less than five a minute walk. Take the subway two stops to get to the S-Bahn Ring (great for airport transfers, this train loops the entire city). It's two trains and about an hour to the airport.
There are three grocery stores within five minutes - Lidl, EDEKA, REWE. There is a BUDNI + DM drugstore and a pharmacy at the end of the block. There are five spatis within five minutes walking, the first being a one minute walk on the same street.

You will need to pay the deposit to reserve the space. The rent is due the day you pick-up the keys. We will do a damage inspection and check the inventory list together upon move-out. I will send your deposit back within three days.
My home will be professionally cleaned before and after you leave. This is included in the fee.
