We are subletting our beautiful and bright flat suited for a family from the 5th of July until the 2nd of August.
The rent for the whole time (5th of july-2nd of August) would be 950 euros
It's also possible to rent it for (minimum) one week during that time. Price per week would be 400 Euro.
It has 1 bedroom, one childrensroom one living room and one room that is used as an office.
Alltogether 2-3 adults and 2-3 children find space to sleep here.
Kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher and microwave.
The parents bedroom has a balcony with flowers, tomatoes and strawberrries and a cosy 160 cm bed.
The childrens room has a 140 matress on top of a plateau/loftbed.
The Office is equipped with a sleeping Couch.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, washing machine and clothes drier.
We dont have animals and are non smokers.
Dont hesitate to ask questions.

Our flat is situated next to a nice park. The area is safe and many supermarkets are reachable in a few minutes.
