Wir haben eine Zweizimmerwohnung nahe S-Wedding zur Untermiete vom 24. Juni – 24. August. Die Wohnung ist möbliert und enthält alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch, einem kleineren Schlafzimmer, der Küche und einem großen Bad. Die Anbindung ist exzellent und in der Gegend gibt es zahlreiche Grünflächen und Ausgehmöglichkeiten.

Idealerweise möchten wir die Wohnung für den gesamten Zeitraum vermieten, das lässt sich aber gegebenfalls auch besprechen. In der Gesamtmiete ist ein Abschlag (100 EUR) für die Möblierung enthalten. Die angegebenen Kosten sind für einen Monat.

We have a two-room apartment near S-Wedding station for sublease from June 24 - August 24. The apartment is furnished and contains everything you need for a short stay. The apartment consists of a large living room with sofa bed, a smaller bedroom, the kitchen and a large bathroom. The transport links are excellent (U6, S41/42, S1/2/25/26, buses) and there are plenty of green spaces and places to go out in the area.

Ideally, we would like to rent the apartment for the entire period, but this can be discussed if necessary. The total rent includes a payment (100 EUR) for the use of the furniture. The costs indicated are for one month.
