wir suchen ab dem 10.08.2010 bis 24.08.2010 einen Nachmieter (am besten ein Paar) für unsere schöne 1 Zimmer Altbau Wohnung in Wedding neben U6 Seestraße (4 Minuten zu Fuß), die durch Berliner Zentrum fährt. Alexanderplatz, Potsdamer Platz, Zoologischer Garten und die ganze Touristische Stationen sind sehr schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist möbliert mit eine große Bett (2x2), Sofa, Kleiderschrank, Tisch usw. Die große Küche ist mit einer Einbauküche ausgestattet. Das Bad ist auch groß und besitzt eine Wanne und die Waschmaschine.
Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Aldi Markt, Penny Market, Real) hinter das Haus, 2 Minuten zu Fuß.

Hi everybody,
we are searching two guests for our nice 1 room flat in Berlin. The flat it's localized near the metro (U6 Seestrasse it's back your house, 4 minutes by step), connections with the city center are great: Alexanderplatz, Potsdamer Platz, Zoologischer Garten and all the touristic destinations are very easily and quickly reachable.
The flat has complete furniture, you will find a big 2x2 bed, 2 sofas (4 sittings place), closet, tables, dressers etc.
The big kitchen it's ready to use, small fridge and a 4 seats table with chairs. Crockery is also included.
Lots of shopping facilities for your groceries are directly back to your flat (Lidl, Penny Market, Aldi Market, Real etc.) are all back to you. 2 minutes by step.
