Da es ein Loft ist, besteht die Wohnung aus einem Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche, welches durch eine Wand, an der man einseitig vorbeigehen kann, vom Schlafzimmer getrennt ist. Nur das große Badezimmer und das Ankleidezimmer sind separate Räume mit Türen. Die Deckenhöhe beträgt luftige 3,8m.
Die Wohnung ist stillvoll eingerichtet und voll möbliert: Schlafcouch, Bett, Kleiderschrank, Kommode, Waschmaschine, TV-Bank, Esstisch, Stühle, Regal, etc.. Auch die Küche ist neu und bestens ausgestattet.
Bei dem Massivholz-Bett (1,4m x 2,0m) ist zu beachten, dass es am Fußende ein Ende hat.
Zudem gibt es einen Balkon, der in den Innenhof gerichtet ist.

The apartment (1st floor, very quiet neighborhood) is located in a former factory building from the early 19th century and is beautifully flooded with light through the large windows facing east. As it is a loft, the apartment consists of a living room with an open kitchen, and it is separated from the bedroom by a wall that can be passed by one side. Only the bathroom and the dressing room are separate rooms with doors. The ceiling height is an airy 3.8m.
The apartment is stylish and fully furnished: Couch/Sofa, bed, wardrobe, dresser, washing machine, dining table, chairs, shelf, etc.. Also the new kitchen is well equipped.
Besides, there is a balcony facing to the courtyard.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
The bed (1.4m x 2.0m) has an end at the end.

Das Loft liegt zwischen dem Volkspark Friedrichshain und Weißer See.
Die Tram-Haltestelle "Antonplatz" ist fußläufig in ca. 5-7 Minuten erreichbar. Dort gibt es auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (z.B. Edeka, denn´s Biomarkt).
Bis zur S-Bahn Greifswalder Str. (S) fährt man mit der Tram 4 Minuten.
Bis zum Alexanderplatz fährt man mit der Tram 14 Minuten.

The loft is located between Volkspark Friedrichshain and the lake "Weißer See".
The tram station "Antonplatz" is in about 5-7 minutes walking distance where you can also find supermarkets (e.g. Edeka, denn´s Biomarkt).
To S-Bahn Greifswalder Str. (S) it will only take you 4 minutes by tram.
To Alexanderplatz it will take you 14 minutes by tram (direct connection).
