Hey future tenant! We are Chiara and Luca, a young couple looking for an apartment for rent in Berlin. We are both automotive engineers (competitive salary, proof of employment and adequate income available on request).
We are originally Italian, but lived abroad for most part of the last 10 years. Luca is 30 years old, Chiara is 27 years old. We are incredibly clean and enjoy living in a tidy apartment, so you can definitely count on us to keep the place in perfect conditions! We have a car, so ideally we would like to rent a parking spot as well (not mandatory though!). In our free time we are usually out doing sports. In the evenings we love playing board games. Luca is an expert cook and a good tennis player, while Chiara likes skiing and mountain sports.
Our biggest goal right now is learning how to speak German - we are not there but we will eventually!
