Relaxed Australian wanting furnished solo flat or 2-WG

Hallo, im Michael, a 29 year old queer australin who has been living in Berlin for 2 years already. Im described as easy going, down to earth, relaxed, approachable. I also think im funny and clean but no one has told me that to my face yet 😅

I work full time as an engineer in a medical device startup near tirergarten Mon to Friday, and usually gym, visit friends for dinner, or watch netflix in the evenings. On weekends i like to explore the city by bike, swim in lakes (even ice dipping 🥶) and occasionally go out dancing to good music.

I have lived happily in a 3 person WG during the last 2 years in Berlin, but now i would like to move into my own flat or a larger space in a 2 room wg. My current contract is until end of April, but i am able to extend longer if the flat is not available until may or june, or if you need someone sooner i am happy to start paying rent now and move in during April. I am flexible with the length of stay but i think ideal would be 5+ months (with option to extend of things go well). Im flexible though so please let me know your ideal length and we can work ot out.

I would love to have the placed furnished already, and im happy to pay caution to cover any unlikely damage. I also have all the home and renters insurances that you could want from a tennent so you fan be sure there are no risks in choosing me for your lovely flat.
