Family of two: Oleksii (40) and Anna (33), working professionals, seeking long-term flat in Berlin

Hello! We are Oleksii (40) and Anna (33), a long-time family and working professionals running our own venture, Virtual Dynamics Studio. We specialize in architectural and product 3D graphics, serving numerous clients from the US, UK, and Canada. Since moving to Berlin in 2022, we have fallen in love with the city and built a strong network of friends. We are now searching for a new long-term residence as our lease concludes.

Currently living in Neukölln, we would love to find a place here, but we are flexible about exploring other districts. We're looking for a separate flat ideally with two bedrooms, though we are more focused on the overall charm of the place than the size or number of rooms. Sharing a flat is also an option if we find the right vibe with someone. We can commit for 1 year and are happy to prolong it if possible—the longer, the better.

With a stable net income of over €5000/month, we are financially reliable, non-smokers, and value a peaceful living environment. We enjoy cooking, sports, reading, and regularly participate in art events such as drawing classes.

Our ideal move-in date is July 1st, but we can be flexible, moving earlier or up to a month later if required.
