Hi,
I am looking for a small apartment, max 500 euro warm, Altbau only. I am moving to Berlin with not much so the ideal match would be someone who is leaving Berlin for good and wants to sell most of their furniture, kitchen appliance ect to me. I am mostly interested in taking over the contract and renting from the landlord directly.
Preferred areas: Neukölln, Schöneberg, Kreuzberg, Tempelhof, Lichtenberg, Alt-Treptow, Britz.
I would like to move in before the end of year, beginning of October would be perfect.
I am 24 year old, Swedish citizen. The last tree years I have been studying to get my BA degree so I don’t have an income proof from an employer. I have a Bürgschaft from a relative and has netto income 5000 euro monthly.
