Wir suchen ein 2 Zimmer Wohnung in Berlin ab 1.9. Wir sind frisch verlobt und suchen unsere neues Zuhause bevor wir heiraten nächstes Jahr!

Sie = Australierin, Master Studentin, Verkäuferin
Er = Spanier, Spanisch Lehrer, Gitarre Lehrer

Wir wurden gerne ein Wohnung Untermieten, für mindestens 6 Monate, oder deine Wohnung komplett übernehmen. Für uns ist die Stadtteil egal, aber muss gute Verkehrsanbindungen haben.
Balkon wäre nett, auch wenn eine Einbauküche vorhanden ist.

Wir sind sehr nett, verantwortlich, wir werden gut auf Dein Wohnung aufpassen ;)

We are looking for a 2 room apartment in Berlin from 1.9. We just got engaged and are looking for our new home before we get married next year.

We are a couple:
She - Australian. Master's Student. Works in retail.
He - Spanish. Teaches Spanish and Guitar.

We would love to sublet an apartment for a minimum of 6 months OR take over your lease longterm. We don't mind too much where the apartment is, as long as there is good public transport connections.
A balcony would be nice, also a kitchen built in would be great too, but we're not too fussy about other things.

We are really nice, clean, quiet, responsible, we would take good care of your place! And we have all the necessary paperwork ready.
