Search for long term (at least a year) 2 room apartment. From 45sm - 60sm

Hello, myself and my partner are searching for a long term 2 room apartment. We are both working in Berlin and have been living here for the last three years. I’m working full time as a project manager and Reece is working as a full time touring musician.
We have been living in sublets so far but would love to find something more permanent. We are quiet and respectful and have always had good relationships with past landlords. I have all the relevant documents to show including, work contract, pay slips, schufa (solicitar ahora) , a guarantor letter from my employer and reference letter from our current landlord.
