We are a couple (35 and 41 years old), living together since 2015.
We are looking for a ~50m² apartment (or 40m² at least), furnished and with an Ubahn/Sbahn station within a range of a kilometer circa. Kitchen preferably separated.
We love Prenzlauer Berg area and the south-west, but we are open to any other neighborhood as long as it's safe.
I'm an architect and my partner is an accountant.
We moved to Berlin in April and have a temporary apartment until July, then we'll need a long term accomodation, preferably as Hauptmieter .
