2 room flat or 1 room flat

It's Marwa Zein, I am a film director , writer and producer besides a master film student from KHM cologne. F (35)
I am looking for a beautiful base in Berlin as 2 room apartment or 1 room apartment.
My maximum budget is 6000 euro for warm rent and all expenses included.

What I am attracting is: A bright apartment, with nice balcony, bathtub and separate kitchen from the bedroom/ living room, in a calm street in a well connected area not so far from the center.

I am multi identity person, originally come from Sudan and Egypt but lived in KSA, Lebanon, France, South Sudan and Germany where I spent the last two years in Cologne doing my masters in Film & Media Arts in Academy of media arts (KHM).

My feature film ' Khartoum Offside ' will be released in Berlin Cinemas after Corona crisis.
Had its world premiere in Berlinale 2019 and won more than 7 international film prizes all over the world. translated into 5 languages between 2019 and 2021.
Arsenal Cinema holds its rights and that's a big part of my reason to move from Koln to Berlin !
Also, I got a very interesting offer to give film seminars in SRH Berlin starting from next October.

A file include my film contract, residence permit, schufa (solicitar ahora) , bank account and proof of student master enrolment and exemption from debt from my previous landlord in addition to a saving account.

I am mindful about living and care about order and beauty. its by all means reflected in my energy and my wellbeing. A flat for me is my retreat home; where I rest, create, be and embrace the gift of being alive.

I am non smoker and I don't own pets.
