Looking for a flat . 40m2 min 700 eur Max. "West" Berlin

My name is Marina, I'm 33 y.o, and like everyone here, I'm in the struggle of the apartment hunting.
Currently I'm living in a WG in Fshain and working full time as a Designer and Photographer for Pickmotion in Weissensee, so I would like to not move far from where I am now and/or stay around West Berlin.

I've been living in this flat for 2 years now, I can even call the landlord a friend and so my neighbors, so I think that says a bit about what kind of person I am. I just want to move because the room is too small for me now and I want more privacy, but actually I have no rush, so my moving dates are flexible.

I'm pretty quiet and chill, like to cook when I have the time and energy after work and maybe share over a class of wine with a friend. Definitely not a party person, and when I feel like it, for sure I won't bring party at my place.

I've got all the paperwork that is necessary, and I'm up for rent that doesn't exceed 700/800.
