I'm looking for an apartment for 1 person (me) in any of the indicated neighbourhoods ideally, although I can be flexible. While I'll consider apartments at monthly rents of up to 1500 EUR, ideally the rent should be lower. I have a fixed contract and so strong guarantee of income. A balcony would be great.
Note that I found a temporary apartment up until the end of February, and I'm not interested in stays of 3 months or shorter.
