Couple in mid 20's seeking an apartment long term

Hi there. I've just moved to Berlin with my boyfriend. We have a temporary apartment until the end of March but are looking for something more long-term. I am a graduate of fine art and education and hope to pursue a career in education in Berlin. My boyfriend was most recently as a chef in a 5 star hotel in Dublin and intends on continuing his career in Berlin. We are both registered at our current address. My boyfriend moved here three weeks ago and hopes to begin work in the next couple of weeks. I am moving fully to Berlin in early March as I will be working in Ireland until the end of February. We will be able to provide a combined net salary of at least €3,000. My boyfriend can also provide payslips up until January 2023 for his last job. We both have friends in Berlin and hope to stay in Berlin for a couple of years, at least two or three years. My boyfriend hopes to find work in a restaurant between the areas of Prenzlauer Berg, Mitte and Friedrichshain so this location would be ideal for us.
