Wir untervermieten hier eine Traumwohnung im Pberg auf 2 Etagen.

Die Schlafzimmer und ein Büro sind im 4. Stock, zusammen mit dem großen Bad (+Abstellraum). Die Treppe führt nach oben in den 5. Stock - den "Gemeinschaftsbereich". Hier ist ein riesiger, offener Koch-Essbereich mit perfekt ausgestatteter Küche (Induktionsherd, Kücheninsel, Spülmaschine etc.) und großem Esstisch. Auf beiden Seiten ist ein Balkon - einer direkt an der Küche mit großem Outdoor-Bett und Tisch und einer am Essbereich mit Grill. Durch die Fensterfronten zu beiden Seiten ist es hier selbst bei schlechtem Wetter immer hell.
Ein weiteres Bad befindet sich ebenfalls im oberen Stock.
Durch eine Flügeltür kommt man vom Koch-Essbereich ins Wohnzimmer, in welchem ein großer Fernseher sowie ein gemütliches Sofa steht und ein Klavier! Außerdem ist hier ein weiterer Balkon mit dem schönsten Blick auf den Berliner Fernsehturm.

The bedroom and a small office - are on the 4th floor, along with the large bathroom (+storage room). The stairs lead up to the 5th floor - the "common area". Here is a huge open kitchen-dining area with perfectly equipped kitchen (induction stove, kitchen island, dishwasher, etc.) and large dining table. On both sides is a balcony - one right by the kitchen with a large outdoor bed and table, and one by the dining area with a grill. Due to the windows on both sides, it is always bright here even in bad weather.
Another bathroom is also located on the upper floor.
A double door leads from the kitchen-dining area to the living room, where there is a large TV and a comfortable sofa as well as a piano! In addition, here is another balcony with the most beautiful view of the Berlin TV tower.

Die Hans-Otto-Strasse liegt im Bötzowkiez - ein wunderschöner Kiez im Prenzlauer Berg mit vielen Cafes & Restaurants sowie viel Grün und typische, breiten Berliner Kopfsteinpflaster-Straßen gesäumt mit Altbauten.
Die Tramstation Arnswalder Platz mit der M10 ist in nur 3 min fußläufig erreichbar, zur Tramstation Hufelandstrasse (M1 & M4) sind es ca 7 min. Ein Rewe ist direkt in der Nachbarschaft.
Mit dem Rad ist man in 10 min am Alex, an der Torstrasse (Rosenthaler Platz) sowie am Boxhagener Platz in Friedrichshain oder am Mauerpark.
Auch ist man in wenigen Gehminuten im Volkspark - eine grüne Oase zwischen Prenzlauer Berg und Friedrichshain zum Joggen, Biergarten besuchen oder auf der Wiese verweilen.
Die Lage ist also perfekt ;)
Hans-Otto-Strasse is located in Bötzowkiez - a beautiful neighborhood in Prenzlauer Berg with many cafes & restaurants as well as lots of greenery and typical, wide Berlin cobblestone streets lined with old buildings.
The streetcar station Arnswalder Platz with the M10 is only 3 min walking distance, to the streetcar station Hufelandstrasse (M1 & M4) it is about 7 min. A Rewe is directly in the neighborhood.
By bike you can reach the Alex, Torstrasse (Rosenthaler Platz), Boxhagener Platz in Friedrichshain or Mauerpark in 10 minutes.
Also, you are in a few minutes walk in the Volkspark - a green oasis between Prenzlauer Berg and Friedrichshain to jog, visit the beer garden or linger on the lawn.
So the location is perfect ;)

Wir suchen eine/n sehr zuverlässige/n Untermieter/in für die Zeit, in welcher wir im Urlaub sind, welche/r ebenfalls Katzenliebhaber/in ist :)
Denn unsere 2 Kätzchen müssen gefüttert werden und freuen sich über Gesellschaft.
Die beiden sind völlig unkompliziert, zuckersüß und verschmust (zumindest eine).
Alles Weitere können wir gerne persönlich besprechen :) bei einem Treffen oder Zoom / Skypecall.

We are looking for a very reliable subtenant for the time we are on vacation, which is also a cat lover :)
Because our 2 kittens need to be fed and are happy about company.
The two are completely uncomplicated, sweet as sugar and cuddly (at least one).
Everything else we can discuss with pleasure personally :) at a meeting or Zoom / Skypecall.
