Die Uni als auch die ULB sind nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der Penny Markt befindet sich ein Haus weiter.
Zur Zeit wird mit einem Gasofen geheizt, ab Sommer 2016 wird eine Zentralheizung eingebaut.
