Die Wohnung besteht aus 2-Zimmern, WC, Küchenzeile mit 2 Herdplatten und einer Dusche.
Hier ist zu erwähnen, dass es sich bei einem Zimmer um ein Durchlauf Zimmer handelt. Es ist ein altes Haus (100 Jahre alt), daher ist der Boden nicht ganz eben und die Deckenhöhe sehr niedrig (1,90m) . Dafür ist die Verkehrsanbindung sehr gut. Die Uni als auch die ULB sind nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der Penny Markt befindet sich ein Haus weiter.
Zur Zeit wird mit einem Gasofen geheizt, ab Sommer 2016 wird eine Zentralheizung eingebaut.
