PhD student looking to rent a 2 room apartment near Tatzberg, 01307 Dresden-Johannstadt-Nord

I am looking to rent/lease a 2 room apartment near Tatzberg, Dresden.

I am Warsha Barde (pronouns – her/she). I am from Bengaluru; India and I am 28 years old. I am a PhD student at International Max Planck Research School on the Life Course (IMPRS LIFE, Berlin). I am working on my thesis at Deutsches Zentrum für Neurodegenerative Erkrankungen e.V. (DZNE), Tatzberg, Dresden starting 1 October 2021.

I'm looking for a furnished, 2-room apartment in a 6 km radius of Tatzberg or Johannstadt. The ideal start date would be around May/June 2023 - so preferably a sublet but I'm open to all options. My budget is around 500-600 euros.

I believe I would be the perfect tenant because, even though I enjoy socializing, I like my home to be a peaceful place. I will be employed at DZNE with a PhD fellowship which is sufficient to cover my living costs, therefore, I will always be consistent in paying my bills and rent. I am a quiet, friendly and responsible person who enjoys playing basketball, hiking and running.
