The flat (80,76 m2) has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, a kitchen, one bathroom, a guest toilet, a balcony, a small laundry room and a cellar. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge and comes at no extra cost. The flat is unfurnished, but there are several items, such as a washing machine, second refrigerator and a very large wardrobe, that could be sold to the new tenant. It is possible to have a secure parking space for 65€ extra per month. There is a Rewe just around the corner and a good selection of restaurants in the same street. Also the main shopping street in Niederrad is only 5 minutes from the apartment. Good connection to the airport and Bürostadt Niederrad. It also takes only 15 minutes to reach the city center (Willy-Brandt-Platz).
