Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit einen Parkplatz für zusätzliche 65€ zu mieten. Es gibt gute Einkaufmöglichkeiten (ein Rewe befindet sich um die Ecke) und eine gute Auswahl an Restaurants. Einfache Verbindung zum Flughafen und Niederrad Bürostadt und auch zum Stadtzentrum (15 Minuten bis zum Willy-Brand-Platz).

Beautiful and spacious apartment in Niederrad, close to Rennbahn and Trifstrasse. The flat (80,76 m2) has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, a kitchen, one bathroom, a guest toilet, a balcony, a small laundry room and a cellar. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a microwave, a dishwasher and a fridge and comes at no extra cost. The flat is unfurnished, but there are several items, such as a washing machine, second refrigerator and a very large wardrobe, that could be sold to the new tenant. It is possible to have a secure parking space for 65€ extra per month. There is a Rewe just around the corner and a good selection of restaurants in the same street. Also the main shopping street in Niederrad is only 5 minutes from the apartment. Good connection to the airport and Bürostadt Niederrad. It also takes only 15 minutes to reach the city center (Willy-Brandt-Platz).
