Es besteht eine Zentralheizung (Ölbefeuerung), das Warmwasser wird über einen Wasserboiler erhitzt. Zur Wohnung gehören noch ein kl. Kellerabteil und ein Stellplatz für die Waschmaschine im Waschkeller des Hauses. Ein Stellplatz ist nicht vorhanden.
