ein Paar sucht eine Wohnung

Wir sind Nele und Tom (25&29) und sind vor kurzem nach Gießen gezogen. Ich bin Studentin der Choreographie und Performance und mein Partner Tom arbeitet bei der Stadt Wetzlar. Wir suchen eine Wohnung zur Langzeitmiete in zentraler Lage, die groß genug für ein Paar ist. Wir sind verantwortungsbewusst, ruhig und respektvoll. Wir müssen Anfang Februar aus unserer Kurzzeit-Mietwohnung ausziehen.

Tom kommt aus Rostock, ich komme aus Estland. Tom hat einen Doktortitel in Stadtsoziologie, ich bin Künstlerin, die mit Performance und Skulptur arbeitet. Wir haben keine Haustiere und wir rauchen nicht in der Wohnung! Wir suchen eine Wohnung in zentraler Lage, die idealerweise zumindest teilweise möbliert sein sollte. Die Wohnung sollte mindestens 40qm groß sein und alle notwendigen Dinge zum Leben enthalten, wie eine Küche und ein Bad. Wir können in Deutsch, Englisch und Estnisch kommunizieren.

We are Nele and Tom (25&29) who recently moved to Gießen. I am a student of choreography and performance and my partner Tom works for the city of Wetzlar. We are looking for an apartement for long term rent in the central area, big enough for a couple. We are responsible, quiet and respectful. We have to move out of our short term rental apartement by the beginning of february.

Tom comes from Rostock, I come from Estonia. Tom has a Phd in urban sociology, I am an artist who works with performance and sculpture. We have no pets and we do not smoke inside! We are looking for a place in the central area, ideally, it would be atleast partially furnished. The place should be atleast 40sq/m and contain all the neccesary things for living like a kitchen and a bathroom.
