I received an offer in Bad Nauheim, and I am thinking to get a flat in Giessen.
I am 27, and I live alone, mostly spending the time at work, however I want a cozy place as sometimes I work from home, or I like to spend time watching movies, chilling at home.
The place I am looking for:
a) preferably renewed, with wooden floor.
b) preferably equipped kitchen, and new bathroom. The rest I will buy myself.
c) preferably a small balcony.
I am initially looking for a 1-year contract, but very positive that if it's a good place, I will renew for 2021 as well.
Preferably, the house should have 2 bedrooms, in case I have guests over.
