Suche eine Wohnung / looking for a flat

Hallo :)
Bin Pia und komme aus Slowenien, habe aber an der Uni Göttingen studiert und mich in die Stadt verliebt. Ich werde ab den 1.3. an der Uni Göttingen im bereich Biologie arbeiten und suche eine Wohnung mit mindestens 30 m2 und bis 700€ Warmmiete. Ich übernehme auch gerne die Möbel. Wichtig ist mir, dass die Küche nicht zu klein ist, weil ich am liebsten zu Hause koche.

Ich bin sehr zuverlässig und werde auf die Wohnung selbstverständlich aufpassen und die pflegen. Sonst bin ich eine chillige Person, komme mit jemandem klar und mache kein Stress. Ich bin gerne draußen in der Natur und mache Sport oder gehe wandern, mir ist aber auch sehr wichtig, dass ich ein schönes zu Hause habe, wo ich in ruhe lesen und entspannen kann.

Nur als info: bin vor meinem Arbeitsbeginn noch in Slowenien und müsste die Besichtigung so wie auch kennenlernen Online machen.

Im Pia and I come from Slovenia, but I've studied in Göttingen and fell in love with the town. From 1.3. I'll begin to work at Uni Göttingen in the field of Biology and I'm looking for a flat with a minimum of 30 m2 and up to 700€ in rent with ancillary costs. If you would like to leave any furniture behind, I'd also love to have them. It's important that the place has a nice kitchen, because I like to prepare my own food.

I'm very reliable and will, of course, take care of the flat. I'm a very relaxed, stress-free person and I've have never had problems getting along with people. I like to spend time outside in the nature, do sports and go hiking, but I also value a nice home, where I can enjoy reading and relaxing.

PS: I'm currently in Slovenia and would therefore have to meet you and the apartment online.
