Außerdem haben wir viele Pflanzen in der Wohnung und würden eine Person, die pflanzenfreundlich ist, bevorzugen. Rauchen, Haustiere, Drogen, Party nicht gestattet. Wir bitten um eine Kaution von 1000 Euro. Monatliche Miete 1100 Euro, inklusive aller Nebenkosten.

We are currently away abroad and are looking for 1 or 2 nice, tidy, and responsible persons. Also, we have many plants in the apartment and would prefer a person who is plant-friendly. Smoking, pets, drugs, parties are not allowed. We ask for a deposit of 1000 euros. Monthly rent 1100 euros, including all utilities.
