Suche Nachmieter für meine 1,5-Raumwohnung. Der Wohnraum ist hell und groß (Platz für Sofa, Schreibtisch, kleinen Esstisch, etc.). Angrenzend gibt es eine Schlafnische mit Fenster und eine extra Küchennische.
Das Bad ist neu gefließt und hat eine Badewanne.
Ein Kühlschrank (A+), ein 45cm-Geschirrspüler, Arbeitsfläche mit Spüle sowie ein an die Schlafnische angepasstes, stabiles Hochbett (1,40m x 2m, Platz zur Decke ca. 90cm, ohne Matratze) mit Regalen und Kleiderstange darunter sind zu übernehmen (Preis 300€ VB). Das Hochbett bringt also sehr viel Platzersparnis.
Die Fenster und Balkon (ca. 5m²) sind auf der von der Straße abgewandten Südseite.
Die Wohnung ist in Jena Lobeda-Ost. Rewe, Aldi, Netto, Rossmann, Apotheke, Klinikum sind in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Straßenbahn ist 2 Minuten entfernt (Linie 3 und 5). Mit der Bahn ist man in 15 min in der Stadt.
Radweg, Drackendorfpark und Lobdeburg sind schnell zu erreichen, wenn man in die Natur möchte.
Die Wohnung gehört zur Wohnungsgenossenschaft Carl Zeiss eG.
