The apartment building is located in a quite area within Lobeda Ost with lots of parking opportunities. Shops such as supermarkets, drug stores and pharmacies are close by and are just about 3-5 minutes to walk (Salvador-Allende-Platz). The tram station “Universitätsklinikum” is within easy access as well and can be reached within 5-7 minutes.

The flat was renovated two years ago, and is still in top condition. Walls are repapered in all rooms and the bathroom has newly tiled floor and walls. The spacious balcony is exposed northwards; an additional lockable storage room in the basement with 2-3 sqm is also available.
