Helle Wohnung mit Blick auf Block und Burg

Hallo, ich biete eine 2,5 Zimmerwohnung zur Untermiete für drei Oktoberwochen in Jena-Lobeda (Haltestelle Platanenstraße) ab 8.10. an. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, und man hat seine Ruhe da oben. Sie ist voll ausgestattet und möbliert, mit großem Bett, Schrank, Sofa, kleinem Küchentisch, Basis-Küchensachen, es fehlt nur eine funktionierende Waschmaschine und ein Backofen; ein Schlafsack wäre auch günstig. Es gibt ein kleines (Schlaf)zimmer, ein Zimmer mit Sofa, einen kleinen Küchenraum mit anschließendem Badezimmerchen und Balkon. Ich würde ganz gerne ein paar Kisten mit Sachen in der Wohnung lassen, aber die könnte ich gut in eine Ecke räumen. 350 Euro Warm und 150 Euro Kaution; Untermietervertrag.

You have a big bed, a cupboard, couch, small kitchen table, basical kitchen stuff, only a washing machine and a baking oven is missing, and a sleeping bag would be nice as well. There's a sleeping room, a room with a couch, a small kitchen room, bath room and balcony. I would like to leave some of my stuff in the apartment, but I can put it together and place it somewhere in a comfortable way. 350 Euro all included, 150 Euro caution, lodger contract (Untermietervertrag).
