As my flatmate and me are planning a Semester in the US, we are looking for up to two students moving temporary in our flat in the time between August 2014 and April 2015 (different times possible by arrangement). If you and your friend plan an abroad semester in Jena and don't want to stay in Wohnheim - accommodation provided by the University this flat would be a perfect alternative.
The flat is located 15-20 walking-minutes away from the city center and Uni in a quite neighborhood. Tram and buses to the city center can easily be reached within 1 minute and Supermarkets within 5 Minutes on foot.

Here are some facts about the flat:

- fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave and huge fridge; bathroom with bathtub and shower; cosy living room with 2 sofas and Flat-TV, two separate bedrooms with bed, closet, office-desk and chair in each of the rooms
- Internet and TV included in the rent
- rent is 380€ plus 200€ bills (including: power, Internet, TV, warm water, central heating etc.) which is in total 580€ per month
- deposit will be 800€ (for security reasons)
The flat is perfect for single persons, couples or two friends. The rooms are separate from each other, so that flat-sharing is possible.
