Biete hier eine 2 Raum Wohnung mit großem Wohnzimmer an.
Zu der Wohnung gehört eine Einbauküche die dem Vermieter gehört und somit übernommen werden muss. Möbel verbleiben nicht, bis auf eine halbes Jahr alte Waschmaschine und eine 2 1/2 Jahre alte Couch würde ich gerne abgeben, jedoch nicht zwingend (Waschmaschine : 400€; Couch: 250€). Eine kleine Abstellkammer ist auf der halben Treppe vorhanden sowie ein Kellerabteil.
Einen Parkplatz zu der Wohnung gibt es nicht, allerdings ist im gesamten Damenviertel Anwohnerparken.
