The rent for a new tenancy is 789.44 euros. The deposit is 1,178.88 euros (can be paid in installments).

The complete fitted kitchen wall cabinate (with 3 pot electric glass stove, and oven ), a fridge, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, dining table, 2 beds and matrasses, bedside table, cloth hanger, 4 drawer cabinet, 2 comfortable armchairs, and electric lights are available and everything MUST be taken over by paying 1050 Eur.
