We let a fully furnished 55 square meters two bedroom apartment situated in the beautiful east of Jena.
We would like our two children aged 5 and 8 to learn English playfully.
Thus, we are looking for a tenant who speaks and plays with our children in English twice a week for about 1-2 hours.
Therefore, we only charge 320 Euros for rent plus additional
costs for ancillary expenses (around 70 Euro). Ready to move into: 1st. May.
Die Wohnung eigent sich für ein Pärchen oder gute Freunde/Freundinnen. Im großen Raum ist eine Küchenzeile mit zwei Kochplatten und Kühlschrank integriert. Wir suchen jemanden, der uns 1-2x wöchentlich unterstützt (Kitaabholung, Beaufsichtigung der Kinder, Englisch sprechen ist keine absolute Bedingung).

Jena Ost/Fuchslöcher mit Blick auf den Jenzig (Berg gegenüber). Sehr ruhige Wohnsiedlung, Parkmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Rewe) und Arzt, Frisör, Gaststätte sind in der Nähe und bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Zum Bus Nr. 14, Haltestelle Schlegelsberg sind es ca. 10 Gehminuten, zur Straßenbahn (Endhaltestelle Jena Ost) sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß.
In der Nähe ist ein Supermarkt (Rewe) sowie Straßenbahn und Bus (Entfernung zum Bus Nr. 14 = 10 min, in der Nähe ist ein Bolzplatz (Fußballplatz), Tischtennisplatten und ein Wald.
In ca. 20 Minuten ist man zu Fuß auf dem Fuchsturm. Das Wohngebiet ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man jedoch blitzschnell in der Stadt.
