Die Wohnung liegt im Szeneviertel Jena-Ost in einem 10-Familien-Haus, welches hauptsächlich von Studenten bewohnt wird. Das Zentrum ist fußläufig erreichbar, wer dazu zu faul ist, hat eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Einkausmöglichkeiten und Freibad sind sozusagen vor der Tür.
Alle Zimmer sind ungefähr gleich groß und deshalb super für eine WG geignet.
In den Nebenkosten sind Heizungskosten + Warmwasser enthalten. Diese werden natürlich nach Verbrauch abgerechnet.
Ihr müt also nur noch Internet + Strom zusätzlich bezahlen.
In der Küche steht noch eine nicht mehr ganz neue Küchenzeile, die kostenlos übernommen werden kann.
Die Wohnung ist ab sofort frei.
