wir suchen für unsere 3-Raum Wohnung (~53m²) in FH-Nähe (5min zu Fuß) zum 1.12. einen Nachmieter (wir zahlen ~430€ warm). Wir würden die Wohnung mit Einbauküche (evtl. ohne Kühlschrank), Doppelbett (ohne Matratze) und ein paar Möbeln (je nach Interesse) übergeben - Preis ist Verhandlungssache. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen WG-geeignet (alle Räume haben einen seperaten Zugang vom Flur) und hat ein Tageslicht-Bad. Ein Stellplatz direkt hinter dem Haus ist optional auch dabei (25€). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt in der Nähe und eine Bushaltestelle gibts vor der Tür. Auch zur Straßenbahn lauft ihr nur 5min. Vor der Haustür gibt es eine kleine Wiese, die sich im Sommer wunderbar zum Grillen nutzen lässt.
