Wir wollen ca. Anfang Oktober ins Ausland fahren (abhängig von der aktuellen Pandemie Lage) und dort mindestens 3 Monate und höchstens bis Mitte März 2021 bleiben. Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet. Fernsehen, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank und Einbauküche, Herd mit Backofen vorhanden. Ein Zimmer von drei wollen wir nicht vermieten. Die Möbel bleibt drin und kann genutzt werden. Man kann die Wohnung zu zweit mieten. Die Zimmer sind aber nicht Wg geeignet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Bioladen, Lidl und Aldi. Haltestelle Spittelplatzist nur 1 Minute fussweg entfernt. Wenn mann kein Pay TV nutzt, könnte der Preis um 77 Euro reduziert werden. Die Bilder folgen noch.
