Wir ziehen wegen Zuwachs um und die wunderbare Löbi13 bekommt Platz.
Die Wohnung im 1. OG von 4 hat Küche, ein großes Tageslichtbad, Flur und zwei ca. 18 m2 große Zimmer mit je zwei großen Fenstern. In einem Zimmer steht ein Hochbett (140x200), in beiden liegt seit letztem Jahr neues Laminat. Die Butze ist also sowohl WG-geeignet als auch als süße 2-Zimmerwohnung.
In der WG gibt es noch ein kleines Zimmer, das der Hauptmieter mietet, in dem man gut Sachen trocknen oder kurzfristig abstellen kann.Ansonsten ist es einfach eine weitere Tür, weil er nur ab und an zum Postholen vorbei kommt.
Im Hinterhof wäre der eigene Autostellplatz, Fahrradständer ist vorhanden, im Kellerraum ist auch noch Platz und im Haus wohnen einige andere lustige Gesellen.
Den Saalbhf hört man quasi gar nicht und die Straße ist auch relativ ruhig, weil parallel zur Wiesenstraße.
