Hallo an alle,
Anatolij ist mein Vorname und ich suche eine Wohnung in Köln. Bin Filmfan, trinke gerne Kölsch und jogge. Weder rauche ich, noch habe ich Haustiere.
Ich arbeite ich in einem Ministerium, das sowohl in Bonn als auch in Berlin angesiedelt ist - unbefristet. Mehrmals im Monat bin ich also dort oder hier, zum Großteil arbeite ich im Homeoffice.

Meine Wahlstadt ist Kölle. Ich wohne hier bereits, möchte aber umziehen, wo es nachts ruhig ist.
Wichtig sind mir:
- ruhige Umbegung, besonders in der Nacht (keine Kneipen, o.ä.)
- Warmmiete: max. 950 EUR
- ein oder zwei Zimmer mit mind. 30 qm
- Eine gute Anbindung an die Fernbahnhöfe (Hbf oder M/D).

Wenn die ersten Angaben über die Wohnung interessant sind, kann ich alle notwendigen Dokumente direkt bereitstellen. (Ausweis, Schufa (solicitar ahora) , Einkommen, Mietzahlungen usw.)

Hi everyone,
my name is Anatolij and I am looking for a flat in Cologne. I like movies, I drink Kölsch and I am a jogger. Neither do I smoke nor have I pets.
I work for a ministry which is both in Bonn and Berlin. This means that several times in a month I'll have to take the train. Mostly I am working from home. The job contract has an indefinite duration.

My chosen city is Cologne - Kölle. I am living here already but I want to move house where it is quiet.
These points are important to me:
- quiet environment, especially at night (no pubs or any other loud events)
- total rent: max. 1.000 EUR,
- one or two rooms and with at least 35 square meters,
- a good public connection to one of the long-distance stations.

All the necessary documents are available.
