Couple looking for a flat in Cologne, warmmiete max 900euros

Hi everyone, I am Nevena and I am Student in University of Cologne, Msc of Finance and DAAD scholarship holder, and my fiancé Marko is owning a small company in Romania and will be spending a lot of time in Cologne. Since I had my first flat only temporary I will have to move out 31.05. so as of 01.05. we are seeking for the new apartment we would rend for a long term.

We would like something on the left side of the river (except from Nippes), and we are ready to pay around 900 euros warmmiete. The apartment does not have to be too large (30sqm minimum) but we would like to have sleeping room which is separated from living room/kitchen. It also doesn't have to be furnished but should have equipped kitchen (ready to pay for it).

I am already holding most recent SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) , income confirmation, and confirmation from the previous landlord that we have paid everything on time, and could give his contact if You wanted recommendations.

We are lovely peaceful couple who enjoys spending time in nature and preparing dinners for ourselves while listening jazz, and if You are seeking for a calm, reliable tenants that would take care of Your apartment You are on the right place :) We are about to start a new chapter in Our life, and finding a nice place to live is definitely an important step.
