Two students (24 & 34) looking for an apartment/house/shared flat

Hello, we are two students looking for a place to rent this spring. Here is are introductions:

Andreas's introduction:
Hello, my name is Andreas and I an exchange student from Norway. Currently I am doing a bachelor's degree in Creativity, Innovation and Business Development. When I am not studying I like to go to concerts, art museums, alpine skiing, go to the gym, thrifting and make people laugh. As person I am open-minded and tolerant. I clean regularly were I live, and I do not smoke. I speak English and Norwegian fluently, and I am currently learning German. In the hot summer days I like to sit in park or on a balcony drinking beer with good friends.

Ye Lin's introduction:
Hi everyone,

My name is Ye Lin Kaung but you can call me Leon 😃, 34 y/o (my personality can blend into the age range of 20 - 40 crowd 😁).

I am open to renting a place together so you can also write to me if you want to organise renting an apartment for WG purpose.

I am a working student from Myanmar/Burma, doing my second study in Bioengineering BSc at Hochschule Rhein-Waal, Kleve.

I have been living outside of Myanmar for more than 15 years and I am currently living in Kalk for a year now. The new main tenant wants the whole apartment for herself. So, I need to find a new place again. I don’t want to leave Cologne because I love the community vibe.

I love all melodic music, be it electronic (from low tempo tribal, deep house, techno to psytrance) or instrumental (piano, flute, percussions, mainstream, R&B, hip hop, Caribbean, indie to jazz).
Normally, I would spend more time cooking ( I always keep the communal areas clean and tidy even after cooking), going outdoors (mostly during summer), watching anime/movie/documentaries (mostly during winter and chilling at home) and partying at EDM raves once or twice a month.
Don’t get me wrong 😂. I am not gonna throw parties at the apartment but rather go out to the party places 😁.

As for sports, I can swim very well and can teach as well although my body doesn’t look like a swimmer.

My idea of living together with others doesn't have special requirements. As long as the the communal areas are clean, I am fine with it.
Currently, I am focusing on completing my studies and searching for internships around here.

/Of course, cooking together, playing board games (but I don't know much since I grew up with PC games 😃), doing sports, drinking beers together at the flat or outside in nature, under the warm sun together once a week would be nice but NOT a requirement. I would be interested to share, learn, or try new things as well depends on the time availability.
