Wir sind von September bis Januar studienbedingt im Ausland und möchten für diese Zeit unsere möblierte Wohnung in den Quadraten zwischenvermieten.
1 Küche mit Spülmaschine, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und eigenem Balkon.
1 Bad mit Duschwanne und Waschmaschine.
1 Schlafzimmer mit Bett (140x200), Kommode, Schreibtisch inkl. Bildschirmen und Garderobe.
1 Wohnzimmer mit (Schlaf-)Sofa, Sessel, Kommode, Bildschirm/TV und Balkon inkl. Sitzgelegenheit.
1 Flur mit Schuhschrank und Spiegel.
Außerdem haben wir in jedem Zimmer Musikboxen. :)
Die Miete enthält Kosten für Strom, Gas und WLAN.
Unsere Wohnung ist perfekt für Pärchen oder Singles geeignet, WG-Nutzung kommt leider weniger in Frage.

We will be studying abroad from September to January and would like to sublet our furnished apartment in the Quadraten during that time.
1 kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and private balcony.
1 bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.
1 bedroom with a bed (140x200), dresser, desk with screens, and wardrobe.
1 living room with a (sofa) bed, armchair, dresser, screen/TV, and balcony with seating.
1 hallway with a shoe cabinet and mirror.
We also have music speakers in every room. :)
The rent includes costs for electricity, gas, and Wi-Fi.
Our apartment is perfect for couples or singles, but unfortunately, it is less suitable for shared living.
Unsere Wohnung liegt in den Quadraten - Supermärkte, Discounter, Apotheken, Restaurants, Bars und alle weiteren Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs sind in unter 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die nächsten Haltestellen sind Strohmarkt an den Planken und Rosengarten am Ring, welche man innerhalb weniger Minuten erreicht.

Our apartment is located in the Quadraten - supermarkets, discount stores, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, and all other daily necessities can be reached in under 5 minutes. The nearest stops are Strohmarkt (Planken) and Rosengarten, which can be reached within a few minutes.
Ein grüner Daumen ist bei der Bewerbung definitiv von Vorteil, da wir unsere Pflanzen größtenteils hier lassen und gut versorgt wissen möchten.
Bevorzugt möchten wir an (Austausch-)Studierende oder junge Erwerbstätige vermieten.
