Zusätzlich ist sie mit einem neuen Herd ausgestattet, inkl. Ceranfeld, den es geschenkt dazu gibt.
Die Wohnung ist teilrenoviert: neue Böden mit Fußbodenheizung, Toilette, Waschbecken und Badarmaturen

I rent a well-designed 2-room apartment in Munich-Unterschleißheim.
