Beide Zimmer gewähren Zugang zu dem großen Balkon, der mit einem wunderschönen Panorama aufwartet, das an klaren Tagen bis zu den Alpen reicht. In dem größeren der beiden Zimmer findet sich eine Durchreiche zur Küche (die Einbauküche wird mitvermietet und ist somit ablösefrei), weswegen sie mit Tageslicht versorgt wird. Zusätzlich ist sie mit einem neuen Herd ausgestattet, inkl. Ceranfeld, den es geschenkt dazu gibt.
Die Wohnung ist teilrenoviert: neue Böden mit Fußbodenheizung, Toilette, Waschbecken und Badarmaturen

I rent a well-designed 2-room apartment in Munich-Unterschleißheim.
Both rooms provide access to the large balcony, which offers a beautiful panorama that reaches the Alps on clear days. Zur S-Bahn-Linie S1 gelangt man zu Fuß in weniger als drei Minuten. Dazu befinden sich zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Banken, Schulen und Kindergärten in der Nähe.
