Looking to sublet my apartment for three months.
One bedroom apartment with large living room, bathroom, kitchen , balcony and underground parking. Apartment is well maintained, in a quiet area and to be rented out dully furnished.
Apartment is south facing so gets lots of light, there are two balconys one of which has table and chairs to sit outside. Faces a courtyard so is quiet and there is little noise from the street.
Kitchen is fully equiped with fridge, freezer, oven, cooker and dish washer. There is also a communal washing machine and dryer in the basement for €2 per was.
Underground parking spot can also be used.
In the East of Munich and within 6 minutes walk from U-bahn stations Karl-Preis-Platz and Innsbrucker Ring. So can quickly get into the centre of the city.
Quiet neighbourhood, there is a supermarket within walking distance also.
Have several houseplants, would also appreciate someone who could help to keep them alive while I am gone.
I am subletting this from my landlord, all agreed with them and KVR should be possible if needed.
Apartment cost of €1250 covers rent, parking spot, all bills including internet.
