- Große Wohnküche mit Induktionsherd

The flat is located on the ground floor and has approximately 65 m².


The living room consists of
- Comfy sleeping couch
- Drawer for your things, bookshelf, desk

Otherwise, the flat offers
- bedroom with 140cm bed
- Large comfy kitchen, equipped with new stove and utilities
- Bathroom
- Own private garden


Handtücher, Bettzeug sowie Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden und können benutzt werden (falls gewünscht).

Es gibt mehrere Supermärkte (Norma, Rewe, Penny), die alle in weniger als 5 Gehminuten erreicht werden können. Auch Bäcker, Apotheke, Drogeriemarkt etc. sind in direkter Umgebung vorhanden.

Zum Spazieren gehen oder Joggen ist der Westpark wunderbar geeignet, der in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist.

Lots of supermarkets (Norma, Rewe, Penny) close by. Also bakery, farmacy, drugstore etc. can be reached in less than 5 minutes walking.

The perfect spot to go for a walk or a run is the Westpark, which can be reached in around 15 minutes.



Die Wohnung liegt ca. 5 Gehminuten von der U-Bahn (U6 Partnachplatz) entfernt; ins Zentrum braucht man nur 15 Minuten.

Außerdem sind in der Umgebung mehrere Bushaltestellen (z.B. Bus 54 ab Fernpaßstraße). Es fährt außerdem regelmäßig ein Nachtbus (N40), sodass ihr euch auch ins Münchner Nachtleben stürzen könnt!

Garagenstellplatz (ohne Zusatzkosten) vorhanden, falls du ein Auto hast.

It takes about 5 minutes to get to the U-Bahn (U6 Partnachplatz); from there you can reach the city center in 10 minutes.

Buses and night buses are also close by.
