Hello everyone,
I am a 32 year old professional English speaking female Kindergarten teacher and I have just been hired to work with a permanent contract in Munich as of the beginning of July. I am looking for a decent flat not too far from the English gardens, Isar and the centre ideally. I am a homey person so I would take good care of the place. I spend a lot of time with children so to come home to a nice space is very important. I am looking for a gas stove kitchen (preferably), 1 bedroom and no less than 35 sqm place. A bedroom, separate living room and separate kitchen.
However, I am open to whatever is available as I also have a maximum budget of more or less 700 euros.
Please send me your offers if I seem like a suitable long term tenant.
